Eligible review
- Duplicate charges for the same order.
- Payment completed but credits were not delivered and cannot be restored.
- A promptly reported and verified unauthorized purchase.
- A refund required by applicable law.
Unused purchases
If no credit from a future purchase has been used, contact us within 14 days. Eligibility depends on payment status, delivery, location, and applicable digital-content rules.
Normally non-refundable
- Credits used for successful generations.
- Credits expired after the disclosed validity period.
- Subjective dissatisfaction where the service was delivered as described.
- Use blocked by unsupported devices, local connectivity, or a Terms violation.

Email legal@motionfield.example with the purchase date, amount, transaction reference, account email, and issue description. Never send a full card number.
