2. Current website
This is an informational website for a planned AI video service. It does not currently provide generation, accounts, credit purchases, or checkout. Features and limits may change before commercial launch.
3. Planned service
The planned service will accept text direction and project settings to produce AI-assisted video concepts. Available subjects, duration, resolution, controls, and formats may change during development.
4. Credits and payment
If sales begin, paid packs will provide the credits stated at checkout. Prices, taxes, validity, and usage rules will be displayed before payment. Purchases will be one-time charges unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
5. Your content and rights
You retain rights you hold in submitted prompts and materials. You must have permission to use every trademark, location, design, work, and other protected element. Review all outputs before publication.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for illegal, harmful, exploitative, fraudulent, discriminatory, or rights-infringing content. You may not bypass security or usage controls.
7. Publishing responsibility
You are responsible for following applicable advertising, copyright, consumer-protection, and platform rules.
8. Availability and refunds
Availability may be interrupted by maintenance, security, provider, or network issues. Future refunds will follow the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.
9. Disclaimer and liability
AI video may contain visual errors, inconsistent motion, or unrealistic details. To the fullest extent allowed by law, total liability arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.
